The bad news? Well, I’m not sure there is any. I, personally, love that I didn’t have to think about food for the 5 days I was on the cleanse. After a brief convo with Tim, he informed me that he’d be on call 24 hours a day should I have any questions and then sent me a schedule, ingredients and other information by email. He claimed the first delivery would be waiting in the refridgerated bag for me every morning after 5am, and I would just return them to the same spot every night before I went to sleep.

I jumped right in and gave up food for five days. Ok ok, so in case you think that’s the way all cleanses go – you’re are wrong. It can be very hard on people to change their diets suddenly and dramatically – both mentally and physically. I called Tim with strange feelings I had never had before, nothing alarming, just a dizzy spell I couldn’t explain. Tim explained this was my body detoxing and that in order to slow down the process, I might have a few bites of normal food.
EXPLANATION FROM TIM: The detox process in the body begins after 24 hours fasting from solid food. The second solid food enters your body again, you have re-toxified and the process attempts to begin again once you are done. Interesting.
