I apologize for putting this on the DT, the last thing I want to do is condone or support this fool, but this time I am actually highly amused.
Apparently, Mr. Pratt was not invited or allowed to come near the premise of the Finale, today at The Roosevelt Hotel. Spencer doesn’t do well with NO, so he showed up in a disguise, which was Perez Hilton’s idea?
I’ve never seen an episode of the Hills, but I used to know Spencer, and while he was a bit cocky he was never this outrageous.
