Sundance Party Report — T-Mobile Village at the Lift

Party: Puma Social & Miami Oasis at the T-Mobile Village at the Lift

Where: Town Lift on Main Street

When: Friday, January 20th – Sunday, January 22nd

Notes: Jeff Best of Best Events converts the Town Lift in Park City on Main Street every year into a snow oasis for Snowdancers… I mean Sundancers — PMK-BNC and Brandlink Communications are brought in to handle press. Domain Media is brought in to wrangle talent for this 3 tiered event which includes Puma/Wireimage inside a tent on the snow by the lift, Miami Oasis housed below on the ground level, and Tao’s pop-up nightclub on the garage level. Stella Artois Cafe is set up next to the Puma tent by the lift. The best part about the whole thing are the girls who do the list camped out in the ticket consuls where one normally buys their ski lift passes; LUV!

Music: DJ set provided by 611 Lifestyle
Notes: Miami & Beaches provided celebrity guests with the ultimate Miami experience- bringing some much needed heat to combat the winter flurries. Sponsored and gift lounge perks included: VIP Salon Services by göt2b POWDER’ful, shoes and handbags from Italian designer Carlo PazoliniDISARONNO cocktails (including The Belucci, a twist on a Bellini and the Dr. Burton, said to have a digestive effect to calm the stomach and ease the “night-before” drinking), Patrón who had a ‘build-your-own mojito’ station and gave away muddlers for mashing ingredients into your cocktail (people were literally sweating trying to muddle their own cocktails – see pics), Udi’s Gluten-Free Foods including gluten-free cinnamon rolls, sandwiches, pizza (delishhh!!), brownies and cookies, SOUL by Ludacris Headphones, Burt’s Beeswax and Vita Coco Vitamin Water.
Notes: Jeff Vespa set up shop inside the Puma lounge and took pics of literally every actor in a Sundance film throughout the weekend. Also of note — what we are calling ‘the new bumbys’ — was the Patron two-way mirror. A guy basically stayed behind a Patron branded mirror and typed out his thoughts on you from behind the glass. You could only see your own reflection and his words coming up on the mirror in front of you — see pics for your truffle hunter’s printouts. This was much like The Bumby’s last year inside the Puma lounge who sat as a tag team and beated out judgements on old fashion typewriters. They were masked, anonymous and more of performance pieces, whereas the Patron version was more like an amusement park attraction. Puma sponsors included Sheets — the most highly branded new product at Sundance. They are energy strips, similar in look to Listerine strips but have such ingredients as B12. They surfaced at nearly every party including the CAA party Saturday night, which they sponsored.
